honestly, i was quite taken back by the absurd intensity of “shoot em’ up.” at first, it seemed outright ridiculous, with it’s non-stop one-liners, action packed scenes, and cg baby effects. but this film dabbled on every action cliche and became absolutely hilarious. and the italian goddess from the matrix portrayed a voluptuous lactating prostitute…oh my goodness. the hour and twenty minutes i spent cackling at the film’s perfection was well worth the $9.00 ticket charge. gold ol’ clive owen and his charming british bad ass self.
